Refund Policy
Effective date: 15 June 2026
1. Free tools
All free tools on Utilytic are completely free and require no payment. There is nothing to refund for free tool usage.
2. Credits — non-expiring
Credits purchased on Utilytic never expire. You can use them at any time on any AI feature we offer now or in the future.
3. Refund eligibility
We offer refunds on credit pack purchases under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The credits purchased have not been used. Partially used packs are not eligible for a refund.
- The purchase was not flagged as fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service.
Subscription charges that have already renewed are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at support@utilytic.com with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The approximate purchase date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
