- No. The whole conversion runs in your browser — your .docx never leaves your device and nothing is stored on a server.
- Will it look exactly like Word?
- It is a best-effort conversion. Content, structure (headings, lists, tables) and images are preserved, but exact fonts, spacing and page breaks may differ from Microsoft Word. For pixel-perfect output, export to PDF from Word itself.
- Which files are supported?
- Modern Word documents (.docx). The older binary .doc format is not supported — open it in Word or an editor and save as .docx first.
- Is there a size limit?
- There is no hard limit, but very long documents take longer and are best kept to a few dozen pages, since the whole render happens in your browser.
