  3. Adjust the Horizontal and Vertical position sliders to pan the crop window over your image.
  4. The live preview updates instantly so you can see exactly what you will get.
  5. Click Download circle PNG — the result is a transparent-background PNG that downloads straight to your device.

Frequently asked questions

Is my image uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens locally in your browser using an HTML canvas. Your image never leaves your device.
Why is the output always PNG?
JPEG does not support transparency, so a circular crop with a transparent background must be saved as PNG.
How does the Circle size slider work?
The slider sets the diameter as a percentage of the shorter edge of your image. At 100% the circle touches both shorter edges; at 50% it covers half that width.
What do the position sliders do?
They pan the crop window across the image. 0% is left/top, 50% is centered (the default), and 100% is right/bottom. This lets you center the crop on a face or any other subject.
Can I use the result as a profile picture?
Yes — a circular PNG with a transparent background is the ideal format for profile photos, avatars and logos on most platforms.
